Task description

We need to update the changelog generation behaviour:

  • For production releases: vX.Y.Z
    • It should compare the pushed tag with the previous production tag. No release candidates.
  • For release candidates: vX.Y.Z-rc.W
    • Filter tags and compare to the latest release, release candidate or production release.
