When you set one of this Peace time on Admin Panel , System must send a message to all players like WW Winning to wish all the best and to know players some updates about accounts like :

  1. Launched attack that arrive on the peace time won`t have any effect , just say best wish on the player.
  2. Starvation will be inactive on the peace time.
  3. Spy mission will have effect on the peace time.
