needs latest functional release/tarball #13

Dear Development Team,

When we try to validate latest TVC (v5.8) which depends on TMP. They work on torrent server, but we could not build from source since we only provided broken pieces (see issue TS 24, TMAP #12 ).

Can you provide latest functional release (tarball files, for exampl). Thank you.

PS:This repository has not been updated for a long time.
