Ionic Cordova - Ionic Cordova Run Live Reload on API level 33

I need some assistance, l have an ionic angular app using cordova and l have updated my Android to Android API level 33.
Every time l try to deploy on the device using Live Reload it keeps on failing ADB not responding. I did native run cmd l get the information below. How can get my live reload working again on API 33

I am not using Capacitor, this ionic app is on cordova

API Level: 25
