currently the options are tls/ssl/starttls. How about adding none as an option?

I would like this option on the UI as well.

As for right now, you can leave MAIL_ENCRYPTION= blank in .env, and this will disable encryption.

@AKSizov Thanks. I finally got email working with invoice ninja so I'm using that for now. I'll leave this open because the other settings are in the GUI so this should be as well IMO.
