edit the repo topic 'hactoberfest' to 'hacktoberfest'

we have 'hacktoberfest-accepted' as a label which I believe should be sufficient? it is what we have used in the past for PRs that are merged when contributors request it. Do you think that will work? I assume you are interested in #1112 ?

hi @mikehardy

I noticed that this repository is currently not participating in Hacktoberfest 2024 due to a small typo in the topic. The last PRs made were for Hacktoberfest 2022, but the regulations have changed since then.so yea just the label is not sufficient.

It would be great if you could fix this soon so that contributors can start participating. Thanks for your help!

Not sure we actually want to be advertised as participating, in my experience as a repo maintainer on a large number of repos, hacktoberfest generates a lot of maintainer load for extremely low-value-delivered PRs. I'm usually okay with giving someone the label if they ask for it but to actually advertise that we want a bunch of PRs, unsure. Need to chat about it internally

that makes sense
but still can you give hacktoberfest label to #1112 @mikehardy
(if its meets the standards of course)
