bug: facets should be case insensitive

A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

For user entered facets, uploaders may inconsistently write the values leading to the issue shown in the screenshot where there are three different "remote sensing" facets

Additional context

The case which should be displayed to the user is an implementation detail that should be evaluated. It would be nice if it defaulted to the option with the most values, but I can imagine that we could simply choose a case for all facets to display in
