Starting the BOMP Dashboard

We want to create our own dashboard that could potentially live on the IEL website or something related to UT. PurpleAir's own dashboard is nice, but we can do better.

First Draft Dashboard

For right now, all we should focus on is replicating the base visual that PurpleAir has on its own website. These features include:

1. Map with Purple Air Sensor locations
2. Color/Value labels for each sensor indicating the current reading at that location

We can add more features, but this will be a large enough undertaking since we are new to creating dashboards, have to feed in the data, and create these two features.
