Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe

https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/docs/oneapi/optimization-guide-gpu/2024-2/intel-xe-gpu-architecture.html

As the intel spec shows, the EU is old term. It is time to describe the documents and API using the new term.

For example,
https://github.com/intel/llvm/blob/sycl/sycl/doc/extensions/supported/sycl_ext_intel_device_info.md
In above spec, gpu_eu_simd_width is everywhere. But for Xe and Xe2, everyone starts talking or coding using XeCore/XVE/XMX. EU is an old term, which will make the developers to confused.
