I am using the tool to estimate genome size on some low coverage PacBio CCS data and wanted to point out an easy to fix issue to your attention:
In the results of LocoGSE --list_families two lineages with incorrect names seem to pop up:
DEurosidsIraceae
DEurosidsIophyllaceae
According to LocoGSE/LocoGSE/lib/PlantFamilies.CoeffRegression.BUSCO.txt where the same names are used these lineages belong to the basal asterids and are probably Droseraceae and Drosophyllaceae
In this case the gradients of these lineages and the correctly spelled Dioncophyllaceae all have the same value so it can be used instead but as I am working on members of the Droseraceae it would be helpful to correct this in a future update.
