Hello!
When I test a GML of AdministrativeBoundary feature I receive next error:
"The feature does not correspond to an edge in the topological structure formed by the complete boundary graph of all AdministrativeUnit features. It is not on the boundary of any AdministrativeUnit in the dataset."
The Administrative Units Specification gives two alternative geometric structures of boundary. We have chosen the second (Multi-layer model) in which "Each AdministrativeBoundary feature associates only to administrative units that are separated by this boundary and have the same administrative level as the level of this boundary."
It seems the test only consider the first alternative. Is this a mistake of the validator?
Thanks.
Cristina.

First of all, thank you very much for your feedback. We will appreciate if you could please send us the GML with AdministrativeBoundary features so we can test what is happening there?
Dear Iñaki.
The GML is attached.
Thank you.
Cristina.

Dear @cruizmon<https://github.com/cruizmon>,
First of all, thank you very much for your feedback. We will appreciate if you could please send us the GML with AdministrativeBoundary features so we can test what is happening there?
Thank you in advance.
