Breaking changes

Following a organizational as well as internal restructuration, the module name changed from @pmcb55/lit-vocab-term-base to @inrupt/lit-vocab-term. The -base prefix was removed, because @pmcb55/lit-vocab-term-rdflib and @pmcb55/lit-vocab-term-rdfext are being deprecated.

Patches

Some dependencies have been updated, the dependency on moment was removed, and a dependency on uuid was added.

Automated release of rdflib implementation

This release tests the script preventing from failure when trying to republish a package already available.

Added rdflib-based implementation

This release fixes an import issue present in the previous release, and adds the @pmcb55/lit-vocab-term-rdflib package. The automated release process is also being verified with this publication.
