In intialiseContainer, add owner

This will probably be superseded by https://github.com/inrupt/launcher-exploration/tree/plandoc but I noticed that this function (whose name has a typo btw) doesn't add an owner. It should add both the app with the required permissions as specified, and the pod owner with R/W/C.
