Support for optional requirements?

For instance, you might have an app that's able to read 3 kinds of data, say song playlists, video playlists, and audiobook playlists. In the launcher it would currently list all three as bullets, but if a given requirement is optional, then it would be nice to list that one with a checkboxes or toggle switch, which should be selected by default, but giving the user the option to deselect that particular requirement and still launch the app.

If some of the app's access requirements are optional, then the launcher UI should display some type of checkboxes, for the user to edit which access the app gets, and which not.
