Specifically, the repo contains the raw data files
(v<Major.Minor.Patch>.rst) that are included in the published
https://docs.inrupt.com/ess/<Major.Minor>/changelog/ page.
For example, in the v2.2 folder, would contain various v2.2.x rst files that correspond to the various patch releases.
