Describe the bug
At the last stage of patching, after "Compiling modified resources" it gives an error. I uploaded the log of the error.
The reason seems to be the presence of the Turkish character "ö" in my Windows 10 username.
In the region settings in Windows 10
"Beta: Use Unicode UTF-8 for worldwide language support"
If I check the box (which requires restarting the computer), your program is fixed, but then I have problems displaying Turkish characters in many other programs, so I can't use this option.
Could you please provide Turkish character support?
