Suggestion description

I added support for YouTube 19.47.53 and YouTube 20.02.38 in revanced-patches-5.3.1-dev.1 ~ revanced-patches5.3.1-dev.3.

All patches worked as intended on my Google account, so the patches were released to the dev branch.

I expected there to be one or two breaking patches due to A/B testing, but more patches were broken than I expected:

1. bug(YouTube): Arrows appear when closing video with Minimal miniplayer type #2698
2. bug(YouTube): Listing leaves extra space at the bottom #2701
3. bug(YouTube): Phone's navigation bar becomes transparent #2702
4. bug(YouTube): App crashes during background playback #2703
5. bug: (YouTube - Shorts) Shorts setting page is bugged after patch v5.3.1-dev.3 #2708
6. Video is played automatically in fullscreen #2709
7. bug:Remove You may like suggestion on search section #2713

A/B testing will be rolled out to all users over time.

At that time, all patches that were broken due to A/B tests can be reproduced on my side, so I can fix them.

Until then, the supported version remains YouTube 19.44.39, which is the version where all patches work regardless of A/B testing.

Users can still patch to the latest YouTube versions, including YouTube 20.02.41, but no support, including bug reports, will be provided in this case.
