Update Patternfly React Core Dependency Q3

The upgrade to "@patternfly/react-core": "^5.3.3" is blocked at the moment by a bug that is introduced in the select component when it has the typeahead variant. This bug is resolved and will be released end of June according to Patternfly's release schedule. https://github.com/patternfly/patternfly-react/milestone/90

The bug is also present in their examples.

The fix is present here; patternfly/patternfly-react#10207
and can be used as example to resolve the bug on our side with the new offered property : shouldFocusFirstItemOnOpen if the name remains the same by the end of the release date.
