Bug: On Windows iq init doesn't create a .iniquity directory #49

I run iq init on Windows 11 with docker installed and npm and nodejs installed

C:\code\mybbs> iq init Iniquity template eternity installed.

However the directory remains empty after this step and I cannot proceed. Am I missing something?
