Develop enumerations for the field: biospecimen.SampleType

To Do:

  1. State requirements
  2. Assess portal needs
  3. Update the spreadsheet with this information for this field, including enumerated maps
  4. Make recommendations for this field

  • Is there new BioSpecimen data that needs to be annotated? If so, can that data be sent to us?
  • Are there issues with the current data in the spreadsheet?
    • Are there requirements of how this data will be used that are not currently being met?
  • Can we create a workflow for how we will receive and how we should send back the annotated data?
