"Download sample data" does not include BRI-DSR samples #17

I selected all 27791 samples currently in the QA portal, but when I click "Download sample data" the BRI-DSR samples are not in the spreadsheet. The file I downloaded is attached.

@jthib077 I'm not sure how this happens, but I suspect it's not FHIR related. Thoughts?

@torstees @lopierra This is a portal issue. There's a cap of 10,000 samples that can be downloaded at a given time. We've been looking into it but it won't be fixed for launch
