reproduce this bug

When the default port 1234 is occupied, running rats-tls-server will exit directly without prompting an error message

 /usr/share/rats-tls/samples/ ./rats-tls-server -l debug
[ERROR] failed to open msr
     - Welcome to RATS-TLS sample server program
 /usr/share/rats-tls/samples/
