Video controls settings not applying properly #63

Show video controls on player - off
Autohide video controls after a video begins playing - on

Yet controls are always visible and they are squashing the 16:9 video as-if the controls are using video space...

I'm also using YouTube Flash-HTML5 addon to have flash player only.

Otherwise great addon.
