Mobile-friendly version

The project name and its description do not display cleanly on mobile. Specifically, the text can be wrapped unexpectedly if its long enough. See the screenshot below (you can't miss it :P). Also, the menu takes up the entire screen and you have to scroll down a bit to get to the selected page.

GitHub's mobile site handles this issue in a way that we might want to emulate.
