Hi @trishankatdatadog sorry for the belated reply - just got back from vacation. I'd like to see the governance doc is updated with latest info (last change is 8 months ago), such as actual project activities, including any meetings, elections, leadership, or approval processes.

I think the GOVERNANCE document details the governance rules, but not pointers to actual meetings, etc. Our meetings notes are linked from the website to our hackmd and point here, which is up to date. So, as you might expect, our GOVERNANCE rules rarely change and are up-to-date even though the last change was 6 months ago.

So, I think we may already have taken care of this. Either way, please let me know so we can either address this or close this issue.
