[Bug]: Chart can not be installed because of license file headers

What steps did you take and what happened:

The chart can not be installed because the license headers make helm install unable to part it.

What did you expect to happen:

Should be able to install.

Anything else you would like to add:

Suggestion is exclude these files from license header and accept the fact it has a LICENSE file.
