You should use the Issues tab. It's the most easily documentable way to reach me. That said, it may be easier to reach me via Discord. See generally Imperium Anglorum, 'Contact me' NationStates (13 Apr 2020).
I know that I handle the Issues tab in a very untimely manner. Do feel free to poke me if you don't get a reply within a few days.
