Plan to make haki theme better and suite more users.

Firstly, theme options must be toggle, to switch off, so it does not bother most users with hard color encodes.
Make is uniform with vanilla emacs so it follows up as expected.

Eg: Make org-modern as toggle. Author prefer it not be touched by theme, as it is upto user.
Prot changed it.

To find if there is any options that can give variations to theme like tint or pastel on-the-fly which users can change.
Eg: Prism (alphapapa) does this by depth somehow

Let's see when it comes true.... after emacs conf..?
