Getting fatal error #114

HI,

I have installed Improve my city in my website but I am getting fatal error when I enter a issue and then click on the issue that is published

Request you to kindly help me.

Got the same issue....

Looks like it has been resolved (se closed issue 109) but reading document can't understand how to upgrade IMC...
