How to control sort icon position in title cell ?

Hello there !

I have a table without vertical separators, and quite large cells, which results in the sort icons being sometimes hard to locate for the users since they are closer to the next title than the one they are attached to. Is there a way to have control over the gap instead of the current space-between ?
