Publish on app-store

Many users miss dropbox as external storage in current releases. They'd like to install this app from the app store because manual install is more complicated and leads to messages that it makes the server unstable (e.g. https://help.nextcloud.com/t/nextcloud-12-cant-connect-dropbox/29425).

Is this app ready to be published and if not, what steps are still required. Is there any estimation when it could be available and how people could help?
