this feature would allow the dataset specific view of vocabs codetypes used by multiple datasets, picked up in #113

@mehdiabbasi are you able to provide a rough idea of when this would be implemented in vocab? thanks

Mehdi has indicated that this will be implemented by the end of November 2022
