Idea is to make a package or set of scripts to generate the WGSFD QC products given some VMS and Logbook data.

Potential products are:

pdf QC report
html leaflet maps
html document with embeded leaflet maps and other plots

Links to: #20 to develop SAR functions for general use, as some maps will show estimated SAR maps and differences.
