It's useful to know whether a site is blocked in a place, and how it's blocked.

The new Network Error Logging standard is implemented by Chrome can help with that. It's effectively a way for the browser to report errors when connecting to your site.

I know of a couple of services running report collectors:

If you want to run your own collector, there's an open source version, but you would have to run it on separate infrastructure that is not blocked.
