Handle exception in Backup and Restore

Handle exceptions in Backup&Restore functionality,

As we couldn't distinguish exception at main try-catch level, Whether its a software issue or hardware issue.
These info should be caught and we should log & PEL should be created at the place of error itself.

Check the API's called in backup & restore flow, handle with logs & PEL where the possibility of exception can occur.
