When PEL is logged for read and write failures: Please append the following in ADDITIONAL_DATA parameter:

  1. Record name for which the failure happened
  2. Keyword name
  3. EEPROM path
  4. Keyword value (in case of write failure only)
  5. Description : Exception message thrown by internal APIs.
