Readme cleanup

• change node readme to say "hostname" in the example command. Maybe use a different font for variables. We can check to see what ID usually does. Hari suggested <> though then people might think you need to include those characters.
• don't show password on the command line. Remove parameters from being shown in the console when you run server.js or obfuscate the password (maybe user name too)
• explain how to work with HTTPS.
• update to say use Maximo demo environment since we'll be adding work orders, so they don't mess up running environments with existing work orders.
• check read_WOs route, it's not documented in the readme, but it's in the code so people might try it
