List terms in end of post

Option for list all post terms in end of the post, instead of a tooltip.

Hey there,

Sorry I've been pretty inactive for a while, but this feature could be good. But I'd rather see a dedicated terms list, instead of a simple tooltip option. This term list would output all called terms since the last call (so, probably, the beginning of the page load).

I'm anyway rewriting this plugin, so a PR in the current state of the repo would not be that useful. Wait for a 4.0.0 for it ;)
