HLF Middleware log level and frequency

HLF MW container logs INFO messages every second, reporting the connected peers and channel peers.
I wan to suggest to change these into DEBUG messages, and reduce the frequency to once per minute or so.

We know that we can reduce the current amount of logging by setting the log level for the HLF-MW to WARN (instead of INFO), but there could be other INFO messages that are actually interesting to observe.
