Capo's should be able to shout something.
Maybe connected with a twitter account
At least a message on top of the clan page.
Limited to 140 chars. "Make them last"

Anyone that wants to pick this up? I’d put it on the /clan/ page. All I need is the form/CI magic and I’ll make it work in the interface!

I'll do this one this weekend. So I'd have more then 0 lines commited in April.

done, but @segersjens is not satisfied about the shout post via jquery. And the uri's. And other stuff proly.
