Remove background when you hover on a text translated by google-translate-select

There's a background applied when you hover over a text that has been translated. Do you have any ideas on how this can be avoided? @i7eo

This background is the dom element dynamically added after the google js sdk translates the text, unfortunately there is nothing you can do.
