filter .lab files in two ways

if the label SNR (SNR column from the .lab file) is below 3 skip this row
if the molecule id (column from the .lab file) is for a molecule that is less than 100kb skip that row

filter .mol file in one way

if the length in kb is less than 100 skip that row

OPTIONAL: filter .lab files in one ways filter .mol file in one way

if the molecule has less than 10 labels skip molecule row and label rows

kstatebioinfo added the enhancement label
