RascilImageCleaner: support creating a cleaned image from an existing dirty image

The current implementation only supports creating a cleaned image from the measurement set, creating a new dirty image in the process.
We need to support the creation of a cleaned image from an existing dirty image (e.g. to save computation time or to start from the dirty image of a different imager). The current implementation doesn't fully implement the interface.
