RDA Recommendations and Guidelines on Data Sharing for COVID-19

Ch. 5.3 Policy Recommendations:

  • semantic annotation (LOINC, UMLS) => probably not relevant
  • machine readable citation => ???
  • persistenent identifiers (DOIs), don't use URLs => relevant if published
  • Micro-citations if using a subdataset => probably not relevant
  • Timestamp/Version for dynamic data repos => relevant
