provide helpers for native crop for sources #4

need some helpers to get the exact extent for a given crop, native to the sources (currently GEBCO 2019 and NASADEM)

This will be important when we can divert to file #1 and will establish the stuff in hypertidy/vaster

but do this in GDAL itself, -snap or -sap for gdalwarp
