Mark as archived/unmaintained

Hey there.

Sad as it may be, I think it would be good to mark this repository as unmaintained, archived, or searching for active maintainers. I am aware with at least one significant bug in the code:

• Monitoring a UA server eventually silently stops reporting tag updates (at least without added configuration).

Because of this, starting a new project with h-opc can lead to problems down the road (which I feel responsible for), but I'd like to warn people ahead of time so that they can make an informed decision.

I also receive e-mails asking for help using the library somewhat frequently and cannot really assist them since I no longer work with these technologies.

At my previous job, I used https://github.com/convertersystems/opc-ua-client and had some success with it. I think it would be kind to point people to it as an alternative, but to make it clear that there is no support offered for using this library.
