bibmap处理吕字时，将其转为lv3，而不是lü3。建议修改一下。

你直接在，addpinyinkey.py那个文件改，类似于其他多音字的方式，我觉得吧他改成lu5可能会，更符合perl中的pinyin.pm中的那个排序，因为他排在lu4之后 获取Outlook for Android<https://aka.ms/AAb9ysg>

排序文件中能不能出现这个字符：ü，我感觉这个字符怪怪的。这个字符如果被排序，它应当排在哪个位置才是正确的？

填这个字符应该是可以的，不过python对字母排序应该是26个字母，而这个字符可能作为unicode字符来处理，会排很后面，所以我说用u5表示它，就会跟在u4后面
