Enhancement: Different popup notices for different Spaces

It would be great to have the option to define different popup notices for different Spaces additionally to the one displayed after login.

Very important informations on privat/public content or rules of using the space could be displayed once. New users would be informed quickly and easily before they start posting.

This is already possible I think. In my scenario I normally use a pinned post to share the most important informations about a certain space. Many users don't read this information I guess. If there is a popup when they enter the space for the first time and a pinned post this would be perfect.
