Hello guys, I think you missed to include this fix made a few months ago in your last tagged version:

S3-Uploads/inc/class-plugin.php

Line 676 in 9ce35d7

return (array) scandir( trailingslashit( $dir ) . $name . '*' );

At least looking at the 3.0.7 is not present yet, perhaps you could re-tag it now as a new patch to include this now please?
