Not sure if this is the correct repo.. but thought I'd do a quick repost just in case.

I really like the GitHub 'mute this thread' feature, would love that for our P2's. After reading your 'internals' bit of the readme i'm thinking mute functionality should be handled at the event level (so not falcon)? I dunno. Just thinking out loud.

I work for a company called Human Made. We use Falcon and it's a great feature.

That said, I'd really like to see a "Mute" featured implemented so that threads which I've no interest in following can be muted (preferably with a link in the email that takes you straight to a screen showing a visible "Mute" button) so that the signal to noise ratio of my notifications can be increased.

Sometimes, threads that I'm not interested in can go on for days or weeks, but they happen within a site on which I still want to follow all posts. I've also noticed colleagues of mine struggling sometimes with the volume of notifications for threads which they're not following.

@johnbillion I started using Gmail filters to put less urgent notifications in secondary nested folders. I agree that a MUTE would still be really beneficial though. Great idea.
